really good stay
cute staff fresh breakfast generous bathroom
i found the staff very cute and accommodating. the breakfast had great variety and fresh options. i upgraded to a suite that included a lovely little terrace, providing extra space and a generous bathroom. the powerful hairdryer in the room was a definite plus.
i encountered an issue with noise. my room had a generator outside the window. it hummed all night. earplugs were necessary.

the room included a nespresso coffee machine. toiletries were fabulous. the bed and pillows were comfortable. the room was also spotlessly clean.

the hotel is a short walk from most attractions and the sea front. it is also close to many shops. the building is a historical one in a historical location. the setting was quiet.

the staff were attentive and friendly, which i appreciated. the hotel noticed my wife's anniversary, so they celebrated it. they offered free drinks upon arrival. they provided a complimentary spa session too.

Acceptable Stay at the Hotel
friendly staff delicious breakfast service failure reserved room
The staff on reception, are friendly. The breakfast was delicious and they had great choices. I was met by Camilla at reception when I arrived, she was excellent and helpful.
There was multiple service failures. I arrived to be told I was in wrong hotel because they had sold my reserved room. A gift was promised as a gesture, it was not provided.
