The hotel is home to the Marc Fosh restaurant, offering Mediterranean cuisine with dishes such as beetroot gazpacho with marinated Soller prawns, and poached salt cod with green apple. Three tasting menus offer five, six, or seven courses, priced from €68 to €89. Fosh uses fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. The breakfast buffet features local breads, pastries, juices, dietetic milks, salads, Majorcan cold cuts, cereals, muesli, and yogurts.
