monastery magic, a fine hotel experience
sustainable materials muted color rooftop pool
this hotel deserves its five stars. i loved that it was like a restored monastery. The sustainable materials and muted colors created such serenity. the rooftop pool was amazing as i soaked up the sun, and the museums with miró paintings were so close!
i did notice the rooms are a bit noisy, and i could hear people talking in adjacent rooms and on the street. this happened even on the third floor.

the hotel enjoys a convenient location near the city center. it allows easy access to many shops and restaurants. the hotel is also located within reasonable proximity to the cathedral.

the location was acceptable for exploring the city.
The room had several issues. i noticed dirty windows and a crooked lamp. i expected better from a hotel like this. The room wasn't clean.

lovely stay!
helpful staff clean room rooftop pool
The staff was helpful. the room was very clean and spacious, i had a superior double room. i also loved the rooftop pool area. It was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. the hotel is in a quiet street!
I found the lack of usb ports in the room a bit inconvenient. I had to request a plug adapter from reception.

Breakfast at the michelin star restaurant was amazing!!! the selection was huge, and everything tasted fresh. i particularly loved the selection of pastries and fresh juices. What a treat!!!

The front office manager, joan, was cute. He provided a welcome drink and talked about the hotel's history. housekeeping did a great job, they kept the room refreshed and provided water. the service was SUPERB.
