I appreciated the helpfulness of orhan at reception! he offered the use of a safe at the front desk when our room safe malfunctioned. It was fixed later. the room featured a mini fridge, a kettle for coffee and tea, and a large wardrobe. we also found his and her bathrobes, a desk, a sitting area, and bedside reading lamps.

the breakfast arrangement felt confusing! it wasn't clear what was available or how to order things.

i found the location to be amazing, directly in front of the maiden tower. the breakfast view from the roof was nice, i enjoyed it. the room included a desk, fridge, tv, sofa and large windows that i opened often. the staff was cute and helpful throughout my stay.

I enjoyed the location, situated in the heart of the old city. It was easy to reach many landmarks, for instance, the Maiden Tower. The staff was very polite and helpful (Orkhan was very kind). The breakfast area on the rooftop offered flame towers view.
