comfortable beds convenient location

The room was a twin room club access. it had comfortable beds, and the club access was a great addition to our stay. the hotel is in a convenient location, close to many shops and restaurants. nearby options were good. It made exploring the area easy.

I noticed a slight delay in room service one evening. It took a bit longer than expected.

dated fixtures limited variety

the room seemed less excellent in person. the photos online made it appear more modern. the bathroom fixtures seemed dated and there was some wear on the furniture the breakfast buffet lacked variety. it had the basics but i expected more options for a hotel of this caliber

The hotel staff was very helpful and polite. breakfast offered many balanced options, including fresh orange juice and omelets. i appreciated the various kinds of bread and freshly brewed coffee. We felt right at home.

I noticed the food selection in the club lounge felt repetitive. similar options looked each day. the check-out process could have been improved as the front desk attendant lacked courtesy. There was no help offered with bags.
