i was thrilled with my room upgrade! i got a room that had two departments including a living room and a bedroom. in the morning, i had an early flight, so breakfast was thoughtfully prepared in a generous and tasty lunch box.

the pick up at the airport was poorly organized. i waited a long time. i wish there was more clarity and efficiency in arranging airport transfers.

the hotel is very close to the airport, SO convenient. they were very happy to provide a car to pick me up, it was great. on arrival the reception staff were wonderful. the room was clean and very comfortable, YES

i've got a strong impression that the hotel is run by crooks, i think. after making a short local call from my room, i received a large charge at check out. the receptionist failed to justify such a big amount, it was AWFUL. the manager refused to solve the issue

i noticed there wasn't a toilet brush available in the bathroom. I hope they can include one soon.
