The hotel staff were polite and helpful. They. The poolside service included drink delivery to sunloungers with ice. Cleaners provided daily room cleaning with fresh towels and bed linen changes.

The red lighting in the corridors and reception gave me a headache. It made the hotel look cheap and not sophisticated at all. I think a change of color would improve the atmosphere.

The breakfast offered fresh, high-quality food. Staff served tea, coffee, and juice at the table. The hotel provided a very good selection of fresh items, and the display was excellent.

The hotel has secure gates to access the waterpark using the room key. A gate at the back allows access to the park and beach area, with new restaurants nearby. Ayan, the hotel's beach bar, has a private beach area .

The room was very spacious and cleaned every day. The hotel provides memory foam comfortable bed. Pillows were so nice, but there is the possibility to change to a different type.
