a decent stay with minor drawbacks
great service excellent service warm smiles cute smile tasty food delicious food air conditioning limited air high room temperature warm room difficult sleep restless sleep
Rana and aysen gave excellent service at the bistro. Their warm smiles were very cute. the food was tasty. the atmosphere was pleasant. i appreciated the friendly service.
the air conditioning was turned off. it was still hot. the room temperature was consistently high. it was difficult to sleep.

broken equipment air conditioning malfunction
I found the gym to be quite underwhelming. It seemed like some equipment was missing or broken. also, the air conditioning in the dining area was not working properly, and it made meals less enjoyable. i was sweating more than i liked.

spacious suite multiple pools repetitive food language barrier
the room was spacious the beautiful suite had a seating area separate from the sleeping space. the mini bar was restocked daily it included water and soft drinks. the hotel had multiple pools i used the indoor pool and it was clean and well kept.
the food at the buffet was repetitive the same dishes was frequently. the language barrier with some staff was challenging i had difficulty communicating specific requests. i saw a dog near the beach and it wasn't very pleasant.

sushi rolls cabbage salad food variety staff attitude
the sushi restaurant provided a wonderful dining experience i appreciated ayse's service there. all sushi rolls tasted really good the cabbage salad had the right spice levels.
i found the food variety limited for breakfast and lunch the chickens seemed undercooked. staff seemed underpaid as they did not always address requests promptly they sometimes continued talking to each other.
