The hotel was very clean. The animation team provided lots of fun activities for the kids around the clock, such as kite flying on the beach. Arts and crafts were available. Bracelet making was another activity.

The receptionist was not very friendly! A smile goes a LONG way.

Suzy from guest relations made our anniversary lovely. She decorated our room with rose petals and provided excellent recommendations.. the hotel's facilities are fine with luxurious pools and a water park with slides for adults and kids alike. we also enjoyed the restaurants that had mouthwatering food.

the reception staff's service was disappointing, this contrasted with the otherwise fantastic hotel amenities. despite reporting air conditioning issues multiple times, the staff did not try to resolve them. this resulted in sleepless nights and insect bites.

I loved the cleanliness. Regular cleaning was a real plus. drinks and food had great variety, with plenty of accessible spots. the hotel provided transport to the beach every 30 minutes. It was a quick ride. a designated area at the beach included a bar with complimentary food and drinks.

the pools were a highlight, especially the separate area for kids, it allowed for some relaxation.

my room overlooked a roof and some dead space. a rooster crowed from dawn until midday. land of legends played loud music at night. it really disrupted my sleep.

Suzy from Guest Relations made our special occasion lovely with thoughtful surprises and rose petals in our room. She offered helpful recommendations and treated us like royalty , a detail . The hotel's facilities were gorgeous and we enjoyed the luxurious pools plus the water park slides.

The language barrier with some staff was difficult. I believe English courses should be offered, as this is a tourist place, and most people speak English.

Our family room with two bedrooms was clean and well kept with comfortable beds and spacious layout. The minibar was restocked daily and the housekeeping. Every day the room was cleaned very carefully.
