“What stands out is the clear focus on families, especially the lake view rooms with pool access and the sheer variety of activities designed for children, from creative workshops to dedicated game areas and a thrilling water park; however, reports mention inconsistent service and maintenance issues that, if addressed, could truly elevate the experience. The extensive amenities have potential but execution seems to be the key.”
