underwhelming experience with several issues

poor service no drink orders

The service was really disappointing. I had to go to the bar myself every time, no one came around to take drink orders. this is not what i expect at a hotel in this price range. the staff also started removing the food well before closing time.

the food selection was extensive (i loved the desserts!). the hotel room was spacious and well kept. a private beach area was easily accessible for all guests.

clean room tasty food

i stayed in the beautiful room and it was really clean. the air conditioning was great. the breakfast, lunch and dinner options were plentiful and quite tasty. i especially liked the dining space, it had a nice flow from the beach to the pool!
