I encountered some issues . the absence of a refrigerator in the room was a significant inconvenience. i requested one, i was told it would cost an extra $5 per day. This seemed excessive. this situation detracted from the overall experience..

accessible location good menu

i found the location was very accessible to key areas. the staff was friendly and ready to assist. i loved the breakfast, and they had a good menu too.

the hotel had no gym, no pool, and no changing room to use before heading to the airport. the hotel should offer more facilities.

i stayed in a queen room that had a comfortable bed and nice linens. the bathroom included heated floors and handheld shower heads. quality bath towels and L'Occitane products were provided.

lovely lobby easy walk free breakfast table service

the lobby and rooms were lovely. the downtown location was great! it was an easy walk to gastown. the free breakfast included table service and plenty of options.

the area was busy, but uber or lyft pickups were super easy on "st. regis lane.
