I adored how friendly the staff were and the up-to-date bathrooms added a touch of luxury. the location away from the city's center offered tranquility with views of the water. granville island is so walkable. I discovered many hidden gems. what a special experience it was!!!

I did notice that the hallway carpets seemed quite worn. This detracted slightly from the overall pristine presentation. perhaps more regular carpet cleaning could restore the fresh, polished feel i felt everywhere else. i still had a great stay.

the location proved central. the restaurant offered an excellent dining experience. every staff member i met was excellent. i found this consistently throughout my stay , which really made a difference.

the hotel is showing its age slightly , with minor wear and tear visible in some areas.

The restaurant overlooks the marina. I enjoyed the option to walk everywhere as the hotel is located on Granville Island. It was nice to leave the car and explore by foot, as everything was easily accessible.

i enjoyed the location being very accessible to the downtown area. i found it quiet and it allowed for great walking, shopping, and restaurant exploration. the fitness and wellness amenities available were a plus.

my room was clean but basic for an executive price point. it lacked a microwave, resembling a best western vibe. the bed was comfortable, but the view over the patio made it a bit noisier than expected.
