the location is really convenient. it has an easy walk to many things. the staff was friendly and they helped me find my way around. i liked the sparkling water available.
the room air felt stuffy, which i didn't like. the air conditioning made to much noise and was very loud. i also noticed a very strong humidity when i entered the room.

The location suited my needs well. The staff was helpful with directions. I liked the complimentary wine tasting offered each afternoon. The gym had adequate equipment for a basic workout.
The air conditioning unit in my room was noisy. It made getting to sleep more difficult. I hope they address this issue.

The air conditioning WAS overly noisy. It made sleeping difficult. The blanket felt old and synthetic. The curtains did not block light sufficiently.

I found convenient sparkling water stations available on each floor. Glass carafes were in my room. the included 10% discount at Forage Restaurant i enjoyed. a surprise treat arrived as two cookies left in my car upon valet checkout.
the air conditioning in my room i found noisy. it created a slightly uncomfortable environment.
