My room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. I ordered coffee each morning. It arrived promptly at my chosen time, which I appreciated. I enjoyed the complimentary wine hour. It was a very good opportunity to meet other guests.
The bathroom fixtures showed a little wear.

The gallery king room was spacious and well kept, with very comfortable bedding. Complimentary filter coffee and real milk delivered each morning was a thoughtful touch. The room included modern amenities.

The hotel provided complimentary e-bikes. This allowed for very convenient exploration. The 5 pm wine tasting in the reception area was a wonderful opportunity to unwind. Valet parking was available arriving by car.

The hotel's location allowed walking to many shops and restaurants. Stanley Park was very close. This provided easy access to nature. The walk to the harbor took approximately fifteen minutes, it was perfect!

the location is really convenient. it has an easy walk to many things. the staff was friendly and they helped me find my way around. i liked the sparkling water available.
the room air felt stuffy, which i didn't like. the air conditioning made to much noise and was very loud. i also noticed a very strong humidity when i entered the room.

The location suited my needs well. The staff was helpful with directions. I liked the complimentary wine tasting offered each afternoon. The gym had adequate equipment for a basic workout.
The air conditioning unit in my room was noisy. It made getting to sleep more difficult. I hope they address this issue.
