the location is central. the hotel is just a short walk from major attractions like san marco square. the staff was helpful and accommodating with all my needs.

The staff greeted us with a good welcome gift and a heartfelt letter to celebrate our honeymoon. A customized pillow selection allowed us to choose perfect pillows, thus ensuring restful sleep. I found the rooftop bar offered a beautiful escape with lovely sunset views. The location was also very convenient.
I noticed some noise from nearby rooms, specifically toilet flushes and chair movements, slightly disruptive.

The breakfast room is lovely, and the breakfast buffet included prosecco and fresh honeycomb. The coffee and tea in the room was complimentary, therefore adding to the enjoyment of my mornings.

The room was very clean, and the windows opened to a canal below, bringing the sounds of the city closer! Bedding was crisp and clean. Air conditioning worked great. The room provided a quiet, restful environment.

The hotel is in a very central location near to numerous sights, though the area is calm. Everything felt very close, so exploring felt easy. The hotel provided umbrellas freely, a really kind and thoughtful gesture.

the room was very clean, with ample space. i particularly enjoyed the massage shower (it made mornings easier!). kevin at the bar makes excellent cocktails and provides very nice service.
i found the air conditioning old and noisy.

The staff was helpful and attentive . The breakfast buffet had delicious options.
I found the air conditioning in the room to be old and noisy. The bathroom seemed outdated and shabby with scuffed paintwork. I think the bathroom needs a complete refit and the noisy air conditioning should be addressed.
