terrible room
i found the room location terrible. the front desk offered an upgrade for an additional $500 per night, frustrating since i already paid a considerable amount.

My room had a balcony. It faced the lagoon (I could see boats coming and going). Breakfast included fresh pastries (I especially loved the croissants!).
The gym equipment looked dated. The treadmills were older models.

The location was central. It was quite easy to reach many attractions. The restaurant views were indeed amazing.
The staff was not friendly at all. One person in particular, named Roberto, acted in a condescending manner and spoke down to us (I usually find that quite annoying). I would not recommend this place. There are many nicer places with friendlier staff nearby.
