i found the location very convenient. it was near many attractions. the breakfast buffet included a variety of options. the rooftop terrace presented views of the grand canal.

the room's furniture felt very old. the switches also needed updating. the hotel generally needs some maintenance.

the staff were helpful when we had questions. kitchen staff were attentive during breakfast. we had an amazing view of the rialto bridge from our room. the rooftop was a bonus. the air conditioning worked well. the room was big. it also had a ferry stop right out front.

the bedroom was small. we heard noise and voices outside the window which kept us awake. this occurred because we were on the first floor.
