lovely room helpful staff rooftop bar

the rooftop bar was amazing! i loved the views it offered. the staff were helpful with local information, a real bonus. our room was very clean and beautifully presented, so i really enjoyed coming back to the room after a long day.

my room was on the ground floor, so there was little natural light.

grand canal fresh fruit small room weak pressure

the location near the grand canal was convenient (a short walk to many attractions). the breakfast buffet offered fresh fruit and a wide selection of choices. i especially liked being able to order freshly cooked eggs.

my partial view room was smaller than i anticipated. the shower pressure was also weaker than i prefer, this made showering a bit less comfortable.

great stay, just one small thing

central location great choice rooftop terrace

location was really central, near the rialto bridge. breakfast had lots of choices. staff were attentive. i really liked the rooftop terrace. i would definitely stay here again, despite one small problem.

soundproofing was not the best. i heard noise from other rooms. it bothered me at night and early in the morning. i wish they fix this .

the breakfast choice is very good. the breakfast service staff are really good, very attentive, efficient, professional, and friendly.

i booked the partial canal view room, this room was misleading. the view is from the toilet and it is impossible to see unless the curtains are open.

Really good Location, Fantastic Service

grand canal easy transfer great breakfast fabulous bed

i found the location excellent right on the grand canal near rialto bridge airport transfers were simple to arrange the hotel also offered a great breakfast i especially appreciated the bed and linen they were fabulous. the rooftop bar provided nice snacks drinks and service i found the 12:00pm check-out very convenient i even got into my room after 14:00 which was a bonus.

the shower pressure was weak i noticed the design allowed water to wet the toilet floor it was slightly inconvenient to manage this each time i showered this small aspect could use some improvement for better functionality
