the breakfast was amazing! it was super hot and tasty! larry, the owner. nothing seemed too much trouble for him. our room was clean and cozy!

I found the breakfast VERY generous. There were many options available, including a cooked breakfast with toast, butter, and jam. The hotel offered beach towels and buckets for guest use, I thought that was a GREAT touch. I also appreciated the free parking.
I noticed the decor felt a little dated.

Parking was available directly outside, a GREAT convenience. The hotel is located close to amenities, including restaurants and attractions, I walked almost everywhere. The owners allowed dogs on the premises.

My room was clean and well-furnished with a flat screen tv, including many channels. The room included a kettle with tea, coffee, and milk, which I needed. The ensuite bathroom had a shower.

The breakfast service was between 8 and 9 in the morning. I enjoyed the excellent full English breakfast. The owners catered to vegan and gluten-free diets if needed, they just required prior notice.

the breakfast offered many choices and tasted great. the room included a mini fridge.. this was very convenient. the location is near the beach..
the walls seemed thin, so noise from other rooms was noticeable.

The room had clean, tidy features. A comfortable bed was available. The tea tray was stocked well. It even had biscuits. Free parking was available opposite the building. The location offers a short walk to both the town center and the beach.

The hotel provides buckets for sandcastles, guests can borrow these for beach outings. Children receive sweets upon departure, a simple gesture i found nice. i saw three dogs on the premises and they are friendly.

I enjoyed the cooked breakfast. It was excellent (especially the sausages!). The location is ideal, very close to the sea front. It's within comfortable walking distance of the town centre.
