the hotel staff displayed really good service throughout my stay. i was delighted by a complimentary upgrade to a premium suite private pool upon my arrival. the room itself was fine and spotlessly clean, a testament to the hotel's high standards.

i noticed some slight wear on the bathroom concrete wall, but it was minor.

the hotel offered beautiful grounds and design. peacocks roamed. breakfasts were amazing, and one day included live music. i also appreciated the nice organic toiletries provided in the bathroom.

paying extra for a private pool was a disappointment. my room's pool (room 104) didn't get much sunshine, so the water was cold . there was also no gym available at the hotel. i needed to walk 30-35 minutes to gk fitness.

The breakfast buffet provided a good variety of fresh fruit. Pastries were well-prepared. Hot dishes were also available. The dining area was comfortable as it was located outside by the pool. IT made for a pleasant start to the day.

The room we stayed in was near the reception building. The acoustics of the building caused a lot of noise from the reception to be heard. A kettle and cups were provided, but there were no spoons. Coffee pods were offered, but there was no machine available.
