the new coffee shop are great i think. rooms has nice duvets and the pillows are big. bath tubs beat showers easily. i were happy about the new coffee shop in the hotel too.

the room i stayed in weren't cleaned properly or not for 5 nights.

the staff at reception was so cute. i appreciate their readiness to help with anything i needed. i found the room to be very clean. it was such an amazing stay, i enjoyed myself.

the shower had slightly low water pressure.

the staff were very helpful. they assisted with sleeping arrangements. the location was convenient and allowed easy parking outside the front. the bathroom had adequate facilities, soap, and shampoo.

i booked a family room seven months in advance. upon arrival, i learned i received two separate doubles. the rooms were in different parts of the hotel. i also found a broken bed.

I appreciated the hotel's location. It was close to the seafront. i also found parking out front. This was very helpful. the bathroom had adequate facilities, including shampoo and soap.

broken bed dirty drawers

i booked a family room. upon arrival, i learned we were given two separate doubles. the rooms were in different parts of the building, not ideal with kids. one bed was broken. the top of a chest of drawers was dirty and i found rubbish inside drawers.
