the location was very convenient. i found it easy to walk to many places i wanted to see. the staff was friendly, something i always appreciate (it really makes a difference). the breakfast had many options available.
the room was cold . i complained about this, but they only offered a heater as a solution. the coffee machine in my room did not work. this was a disappointment, as i enjoy having coffee in the morning.
