Sophie Station Suites features 148 air-conditioned rooms, all suites, each with a kitchen including a full-sized refrigerator/freezer and a microwave. Rooms include complimentary Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a dining area, a safety deposit box, and a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. All guestrooms feature separate sitting areas and safes. Suites offer one or two Queen beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a workspace with data ports, and a living room. Select suites include a breakfast bar and a laundry room. The fully equipped kitchen features a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and an oven.

Zach's Restaurant and the Express Room Lounge offer a unique dining experience for travelers and locals. Zach's Express Room Lounge serves a full dinner menu daily. Zach's Restaurant is an ideal venue for private dining events and celebrations for up to 70 guests in a 920 square-foot space. Zach's offers Alaskan specialties, handcrafted cocktails, an extensive wine list, and Alaskan beers. Room service includes the full Zach's menu and beverages. The front desk offers snacks and grab-and-go items; homemade breakfast burritos are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
