Chena Hot Springs Resort has several room options. The Moose Lodge features 40 rooms with two queen beds, 2 rooms with one queen bed, and 1 room with a king bed. Mattresses are 14 inches thick. Each room includes a full bath, 8-channel TV, hair dryer, coffee maker, and telephone. Hot Spring passes are included during the stay. Two handicapped-accessible rooms feature one queen bed and an accessible bathroom. The Resort has 32 Fox Rooms, each with unique Alaskan decor. Twenty-six Fox Rooms feature two double beds. Two Fox Queen rooms feature a single queen bed. Four pet-friendly Fox Rooms are available for a $50 pet fee (maximum two pets per room). Each Fox Room has a 3/4 bath with shower, hair dryer, coffee maker, and unlimited swim/soak passes. The Bear Family room features two queen beds, a 3/4 bath with shower, 8 channel TV, coffee maker, minifridge, microwave, and hair dryer. It also includes unlimited swim passes. The additional room has two twin beds and a half-bath with toilet and sink. Several cabins are available: Ptarmigan Cabin #1 has 1 full bed, 2 twins, and a futon, plus a mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster, table and chairs, and Toyo stove (oil version) for heat. King Salmon Cabin #2 has 3 double beds and a pull-out couch, plus a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and Toyo Stove. Dog Musher's Cabin #3 has one King bed and a pull out couch, TV & DVD player, coffee maker, microwave, heater, and refrigerator. Pipeliner Cabin #4 has 1 queen bed, 1 full size bed, and 2 twin beds, plus a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and screened patio. Caribou Cabin #52, across from the hot springs, has two full size beds, two twin size beds and a twin size futon, plus a coffee maker, microwave, heater and a refrigerator. Gold Cabin #56 has one King bed with a roll-out twin bed underneath, plus a TV & DVD player, coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave and heater. Forget-Me-Not Cabin #97 has 2 double beds and a pull-out couch, a TV & DVD player, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, table and chairs, and Toyo Stove. Cabins are dry with no running water but include a private outhouse and pool passes.

The Chena Hot Springs Restaurant features fine dining. The restaurant is greenhouse-to-table, featuring 'Chena Fresh' lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and herbs grown on site. The restaurant uses Alaska Grown produce from Fairbanks and other regions of Alaska. The Trails End Lounge offers Alaskan and imported beverages and specialty drinks. The Activity Center has the Aurora Cafe, serving coffee, snacks, ice cream, hot soup, Chena Fresh salads, and sandwiches.

Chena Hot Springs Resort provides Aurora viewing tours. The on-site Aurora Ice Museum displays ice sculptures and a bar serving Appletinis. The outdoor Rock Lake is a 'flow through hot springs'. Other activities include dog sled and cart rides and flight-seeing tours. Massage therapy is available, offering Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, reflexology, and therapeutic massage. There are hiking trails like Monument Creek Trail (3 to 3.5 miles), Beginners Loop (1.5 miles), Nature Trail (1.5 miles), Ridge Trail (approx. 2.25 miles one way), Lower Chena Loop (about 2.25 miles one way), Chena Loop (about 5 miles round trip), Charlie Dome (about 2.25-3 miles one way) and Angel Rocks to Chena (8.3 miles 1 way).

Chena Hot Springs Resort is located at milepost 56.5 at the end of Chena Hot Springs Road, 60 miles from Fairbanks. The resort provides a shuttle from Fairbanks International Airport. The shuttle fee is $180.00 per person for a round-trip and $90.00 per person for a one-way. A map provided at check-in helps navigate the property.

Chena Hot Springs Resort features a 24-hour public laundry in the Administration Building. Wi-Fi is available in the Activity Center, Aurora Cafe, Pool, and Main Lodge. The resort offers an 'aurora wake up call' for guests staying in the Moose Lodge. The Activity Center allows booking for all the resort's year-round and seasonal activities. It has an ATM in the main lodge. Limited plug-in spaces are available for vehicles during winter. The pool house is open daily. The locker area and shower facilities, hot springs lake, indoor heated pool, both outdoor and indoor hot tubs are included in each pass. A wheelchair is available to roll into the hot springs lake.
