Good Stay with Excellent Amenities
lovely balcony central location beautiful bar
My room featured a lovely balcony. The location was centralwith easy access to different areas. I really enjoyed relaxing at the beautiful bar which also has a terrace.
The electrics in the room malfunctioned, a bit inconvenient. The staff addressed it and provided a free parking voucher, however this did slightly reduce the quality of my stay.

The hotel is in the heart of the city. It is close to many bars and restaurants. The bay is also a short walk, alongside Centro Botin.

Wonderful Getaway!
quiet room walk-in shower plentiful selection lovely staff
Our room was quiet, a real haven after a day of exploring. The bathroom had a walk-in rain shower. It felt luxurious. The breakfast room was nice, and the selection was plentiful. Anna at reception was lovely. She.
The lights in the room needed a dimmer switch , as they were quite bright.

The breakfast room provides a varied selection, I found it to be quite nice. The coffee machine was easy to use , dispensing good quality beverages. I really loved the fresh pastries available each morning.

Anna, at the reception, was lovely and very helpful , she provided great assistance. The staff explained where I could park , even providing a map. I appreciated their willingness to help with directions.

There is a very nice lounge area , perfect to chill out. The hotel features a terrace , though service begins there later in the day. The shower room is also really nice , spacious, and well-appointed.

The hotel is close to bars , restaurants, and the bay. It is also near Centro Botin, quite convenient for sightseeing. The seafront is within walking distance , I found this location quite central.

Adequate stay, some issues noticed
convenient parking clear direction nearby beach impractical room bright lights ineffective air conditioning
The hotel provided very convenient parking since I rented a car. They offered clear directions with a map and Google Maps, even before I checked in. I appreciated the suggestion to leave my luggage at the lobby before parking and after checking out. El Sardinero beach was also quite near, so I visited it.
The room was not very practical. The lights required an instruction manual, and they were not simple to operate. I found the main lights too bright, as there were too many bulbs at maximum brightness. The air conditioning was loud and not very effective, so it felt hot, even with it on.
