charming getaway
helpful staff friendly staff escalator access
The front desk staff was great. they were really helpful and very friendly too. the hotel offers good access to the main city with escalators (quite the experience!). parking facilities worked well. There were even some spaces right outside the hotel.
my room felt very dark, and the window was frosted. this.

the reception staff demonstrated excellent helpfulness and a warm personality upon my arrival. the team was very attentive in replacing consumed food items at breakfast, which i found very helpful. i rate the service highly.

mixed feelings about my stay
poor cleaning weak wi-fi
My room felt a bit neglected. the dust was noticeable on surfaces like the phone and bedside tables, suggesting a lack of thorough cleaning. also, the in-room nespresso machine only came with one coffee capsule per person each day. that felt stingy for a two-day stay. the safe was locked upon arrival and i couldn't get it open. the wi-fi signal was weak in my room too! even my mobile data struggled. It was a bit frustrating.

the breakfast had many choices. the parking was free and easily accessible. i liked that the staff assisted with parking the car. i also really enjoyed the quirky decor throughout the premises.
my room had a small window facing an interior space.
