best orange juice cheerful staff
The breakfast had the best orange juice i tasted. tortilla, rolls and pastries completed the experience. It was lovely. the staff were so cheerful and always smiling. I felt welcome.
The elevator was small and i had to wait to use it. It was the only slight inconvenience.

convenient location perfect cleanliness helpful staff
the hotel's location proved convenient. it was a short walk from the ferry terminal, which helped a lot with our travel plans. the cleanliness WAS perfect, and the staff members were always willing to assist with any queries i had. breakfast also provided a good start to each day.
i did notice that some of the furniture looked a bit tired.

the hotel is close to the ferry terminal and various public transportation options. this location is very convenient for anyone arriving by sea or wishing to explore the surrounding area using public transit. the proximity to the town center also enables easy access to shops.

rude staff faulty key pad
The staff seemed very rude and unhelpful to me. There was a known external issue so there was no warm water for showers. The room key pad was faulty and had to be changed, and the staff blamed me at first. I asked for a refund for breakfast due to the issues, but the staff only shrugged. The breakfast refund was impossible!
