rude stafffaulty key pad
The staff seemed very rude and unhelpful to me. There was a known external issue so there was no warm water for showers. The room key pad was faulty and had to be changed, and the staff blamed me at first. I asked for a refund for breakfast due to the issues, but the staff only shrugged. The breakfast refund was impossible!
