ABSOLUTELY Wonderful Stay!

The pool was pristine. I saw staff cleaning it EVERY morning. My room was clean and VERY well-equipped. Breakfast was a FEAST. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection. They had mango sticky rice!!!
The location was a bit outside the main tourist area. I needed to use ride-sharing apps for transportation. This worked fine, but it did require a little extra planning.

The staff displayed really good politeness and friendliness. I appreciated their attention to detail. They offered complimentary activities. I saw soap-making classes in the morning. The hotel also provided a free airport shuttle.

My room had a spacious layout. It included a lovely balcony with comfortable seating. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the premium bedding. There were complimentary snacks and drinks, with daily refills.

The staff were friendly, it was a plus.
The gym was not functional. It was a letdown. I expected more given the hotel rating. Equipment was minimal and was poorly maintained, I was a bit disappointed.
