The staff communicated effectively in english. There was also a co-working space, it supports productivity. The hotel offered complimentary juice and coffee all day. The rooftop provided a nice space for relaxation.

There were a few mosquitos present at the lobby.

The pool is nice. It is great to have a pool in the middle of a city after a hot day. The hotel provides facilities for dining. I could order food and use utensils from the restaurant. All-day drinking for self-service is also provided!

The shower didn't have a temperature regulator, annoying. I could hear people talking during the night! I was sleeping pretty badly because of the noise. The mattress was way too firm for me, unfortunately.

I loved the spacious and very clean rooms. The king bed was large and comfy. The walk-in shower added a touch of luxury. The complimentary juice, water, and coffee were a good touch throughout my stay.

I found the breakfast options a bit limited. A greater variety of choices would enhance this service.

The super nice team. They arranged a day trip with a private taxi for me very last minute. The hotel has many communal areas. It is nice for working or relaxing. I found the staff to be really nice.

helpful staff private taxi poor drainage flooded bathroom

i found the staff to be very helpful. they arranged a day trip with a private taxi for me very last minute. the hotel also had a clean swimming pool (it was nice after a hot day).

the water drainage in the bathroom was not good. it took a long time for the water to drain away. every time i took a shower, the bathroom was flooded for quite a while (almost two hours).
