Excellent Stay!

central location many options friendly staff
The hotel had a central location close to the train station. Made travelling easy. The breakfast offered many options and tasty food. Staff were friendly and helpful. They gave useful recommendations and assistance. I appreciated the pool on a very hot day. It was refreshing.
The room I was in was not completely soundproof, so I could hear some noise from nearby rooms.

Breakfast included a very large choice of dishes. Service at the restaurant was attentive and professional. Cocktails tasted great, and the dinner menu offered a nice selection. It was quite satisfying. The food quality was high and very enjoyable.

The hotel room was well-kept and cleaned daily. The room overlooked the Perfume River. This provided a nice view. It had all necessary details for a comfortable stay. The room was perfect, though the soundproofing was a little lacking.

Nice stay

large pool varied breakfast excellent lobby
I appreciated the large pool with shallow and deep sections. It suited different swimmers. The excellent breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh options. I found the hotel lobby beautifully decorated in an Indochinese style.

poor soundproofing disruptive noise
The gym included multiple equipments. It features three treadmills.
I must express my disappointment in the room. The soundproofing was insufficient. I could clearly hear noises from adjacent rooms, disrupting the peace I expected.

friendly staff complimentary upgrade outside area big hotel
The staff were very friendly and amenable. I found the room more than adequate! They even gave us a complimentary upgrade, nice!!!
The hotel is situated a little outside of the central area. It is a bit of a walk to the restaurants and the Imperial City. This hotel is just too big.

beautiful decor breakfast buffet early opening
The lobby had beautiful decor. the breakfast buffet included many choices. One staff member even offered us local dishes to sample. the staff opened the breakfast area thirty minutes early for us since we had an early flight. That was so kind!!!
i couldn't quite get the temperature right in the room.
