I found the staff very helpful. They provided tips about local sights and cuisine. The room was clean. It included a welcome fruit plate. I also rented a motorcycle directly from them. It was a new model.

I noticed the room's air conditioning only worked when the key card was inserted, this was slightly inconvenient.

Staff remembered my name and greeted me each time. The front desk staff was always available. They arranged a motorbike for me to visit tombs and a pagoda. I found the service excellent.

i found several issues i did not like the room service menu was very limited with few options the bathroom had a persistent drainage issue causing a bad smell and the noise from the street was noticeable even late at night making it hard to sleep
