Fabulous stay, thanks to the amazing staff!

The hotel is located right in the center of the action. The room I got was large and very comfortable. The hotel includes a nice pool also. It was very refreshing, given the weather. The location made it easy to walk to restaurants and the riverfront.

I noticed minor wear and tear on some furniture but nothing major.

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and cute. Julie arranged a wonderful tour to Bach Ma National Park. Jenny and Pear helped with some issues that arose. They always had a positive attitude. Staff were wonderful!

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! There was a wide variety of food to choose from. Whether you wanted a light breakfast or a full meal, the hotel provided. The staff were helpful for planning transport and trips.

my room was beautiful , it had a spacious balcony. the staff sweetly upgraded our room because my family is a family of three. lemonade and snacks awaited us upon arrival.

the nightclub next door was noisy , i could hear music echoing across the street until past three am. flashing lights shone through the curtains , i couldn't sleep easily. the hotel provided earplugs , but they were ineffective at blocking out the noise.

Excellent Stay!

efficient laundry perfect air conditioning fun pool

I found the laundry service here very efficient. My clothes came back clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and I was glad it had a dehumidifier. Everything looked super clean, including the shower and the bathroom. I was charmed! The rooftop pool was a fun addition.

The hot water between showers required some time to reheat. I had to plan my showers accordingly! It was a small inconvenience though.

The staff were very helpful for planning transport and trips. the hotel was immaculate. It was very clean! the bed was soft, i slept well. breakfast offered a wide variety of food to choose from, light or full.

The swimming pool didn't have many sunbeds. It was difficult to find a free one.

lovely stay, great location!

luxurious hotel convenient location amazing pool good breakfast

i found the hotel luxurious. its location near the walking streets was ideal. i particularly loved the pool and sun terrace even though i didn't get a chance to use it! the breakfast had a good variety of sweet and savoury choices.

the room was a little too warm. it was also somewhat humid. this was even with the ac turned on, so i had to keep it running to sleep comfortably.

the swimming pool looked very inviting. i noticed there was a cafe near the hotel that served good italian cuisine, guests receive a discount of 10%. it seems like a nice alternative if you want something different from local food.

The hotel's central location is great. I could easily walk to many places. after 6 pm cars and scooters are not allowed. The streets are pedestrian only! the streets around the hotel have lots of restaurants to try.

The staff were helpful and kind. they helped me with my laundry at the hotel. I thought this was very affordable. i was welcomed warmly and my check-in was very smooth and quick.
