cold dishes constant noise
the breakfast buffet was quite limited options were often gone by 9 am and not refilled many hot dishes were only lukewarm or cold i also had some trouble with a malfunctioning blind at the front of my room it made a lot of noise even with a slight breeze staff could not resolve the issue i found it difficult to sleep because of this constant noise

Really good Stay in the City Center
kind staff necessary amenities fresh omelets
The staff was kind, assisting with excursions and bookings! My room was modern and equipped with all necessary amenities. The breakfast included a large variety of foods, even a station for fresh omelets. I also found the location to be excellent, central to many attractions.
I noticed the laundry service charged per item instead of by weight. This approach made the laundry service a little pricey.

The rooftop pool provided a nice way to unwind after exploring the area. It offered amazing views of the surrounding area. I ESPECIALLY enjoyed this amenity at the end of each day.

The hotel is situated centrally, close to many local points of interest. A short walk easily connects you to key areas. Transportation options are also readily accessible, made getting around VERY convenient.

The service I received was professional. Staff members were consistently available. They offered assistance with various requests, including restaurant bookings, and travel arrangements, and always with a friendly attitude, though sometimes it felt TOO formal.

My room was well kept with a modern design. It included comfortable bedding. The bathroom was very clean. It had all essential toiletries available. It was a WONDERFUL experience overall!

The breakfast buffet offered diverse choices meeting various dietary needs. Fresh fruit and omelets were prepared upon request. I found this to be a good aspect of my mornings. I liked the variety.

fantastic stay with excellent breakfast
modern design clean shower good experience
The room design is modern and the shower room was clean. breakfast included local food. I liked it very much. i enjoyed the breakfast choices and found it to be a good experience.
the spa was just average. i had a massage, but i have had better massages elsewhere with more pressure.

the rooftop pool area has approximately 15 loungers available . the gym includes two treadmills and some free weights for exercise. spa services are available daily and offer massage and facial treatments.

a lovely retreat!
rooftop pool breakfast buffet attentive staff
I enjoyed the rooftop pool. It offered a wonderful respite after exploring. the breakfast buffet had many choices, from fresh fruit to local specialties. i found the staff helpful and attentive, readily available to answer any questions.
the gym lacked air conditioning, so it wasn't comfortable for a workout.
