acceptable breakfast helpful staff old furniture frustrating modem
the breakfast was acceptable, with a selection of items, and the staff were generally helpful.
The room felt quite dated. the furniture looked worn, and the television was an old model that barely worked. The wifi modem next to the nightstand was also frustrating.

My stay encountered several issues. the breakfast options proved quite limited. i found the lack of variety disappointing. A better selection would greatly improve this aspect. the room service times were slow during the day. This needs addressing. a faster service would contribute positively to guests satisfaction.

broken treadmill unpleasant smell
The pool was lovely to use. That was acceptable.
the gym equipment was a real letdown. a treadmill didn't work at all. there was also a strong, unpleasant smell of cleaning products that lingered all day making it hard to exercise.

serene shoreline ocean view smiling staff helpful grab
i loved the direct access to the serene shoreline. the ocean view villa with its own private pool was perfect for romance. every morning, breakfast was a treat, and the staff always greeted us with shining smiles. grab was so helpful since we were a bit away from the main spots.
the blinds were broken in our bedroom area, i had to manually adjust each slat to open and close.

the staff displayed genuine friendliness and attentiveness to all our needs. mr joe stood out with his really good service, accommodating our every request. the team.

the hotel featured immaculate, spacious accommodations with beautifully lit walkways. our villa had a private pool that was clean and refreshing. the reception area was comfortable and offered lovely views of the sea.

the hotel provided direct beach access. its location was at the quiet southern end of the beach. getting to nearby attractions required a taxi ride of about 15 minutes.

the ocean view villa with private infinity pool suited our stay. the room was spacious and very private. the hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.
i found the hotel's response time to be quite slow. the replies sometimes seemed rude, not ideal.
