the buffet breakfast presented an enormous range of food options, offering something for everyone, i was really satisfied. the fresh fruit and salads added a special touch. the rooms were spacious with very nice roofing and the beds offered super comfort!

The pool villa beachfront was beautiful. It was clean and offered privacy. The sunrise views were enjoyable. The daily breakfast had great variety (i especially enjoyed the pancakes!). Staff members were generous and kind. Complimentary afternoon snacks were a nice touch. The restaurant menu had a great variety of delicious options. Resort location near main attractions allowed for easy access.

The beach had rocks and was not suitable for swimming. This discrepancy with advertised photos was disappointing, even though the hotel is addressing it.

The hotel features two well-kept swimming pools. One pool provides a swim-up bar offering cocktails and refreshments. An extensive fitness center includes modern equipment and weights for a comprehensive workout (even on vacation).

The staff members were always available to assist with requests. Buggy service was prompt, minimizing wait times for transportation across the hilly terrain. Staff addressed us by name.
