adequate stay
spacious room complimentary snacks absent reception slow response
i found a spacious room. it had a nice desk with complementary snacks and a kettle was available for brews. breakfast was good and staff was a pleasure to chat with. it was brief given the times i saw them.
i found no one on reception to report the shower. i needed to send a text. i did get a reply quickly with no name. i was going to mention all observations while handing key in but no one was on duty.

lovely sitting room tasty breakfast threadbare stair customer care
i got a large double room and i was so happy with it. a lovely sitting room and bedroom were tended to daily and consumables replaced which i found so lovely. breakfasts was generous and tasty, it really made my mornings!
the stair carpet changed at the top of the stairs to a threadbare one. i thought the top step became more and more threadbare every time we went up and down and i consider it dangerous. there also seems a lack of customer care, there was no one on reception to report the shower.

welcome snacks clean place old photos cold air
The room was lovely big. I really appreciated the welcome snacks. Breakfast was very good and the place be clean, warm.
The website photos must be old, hotel feel tired. Cold air was blowing through the bathroom window, I put a coat to stop it but it not help.

lukewarm shower street noise
The bed was comfy enough. I can't complain about that.
The shower was a letdown. It was barely lukewarm. the towels felt rough. also, the noise from the street kept me up. The windows clearly aren't soundproofed well enough.

helpful staff excellent breakfast late arrival clean room
i appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. the breakfast was delicious, and i was really happy about the flexible late arrival arrangement. my large en-suite room was also very clean. it all.
the stair carpet was noticeably threadbare, especially on the top step. it might be a little dangerous for some guests!

my room was spacious and well kept, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. the bed was comfortable, and the room temperature was easy to control, offering a relaxing environment! the layout was practical for both work and leisure.

the breakfast buffet included a variety of options like fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes, all very tasty! i noticed the dining area was kept very clean and well-organized, a true testament to high standards.

the hotel has tea, coffee, and snacks in the rooms, so useful when you want a little refreshment! the hotel also provided free safe parking, a great facility that helped me feel very secure!
