Acceptable stay, but some issues
small room grubby grout
The staff were friendly. This was a positive aspect of my stay.
The room was VERY small. The bathroom needed better cleaning. The grout around the shower and tiles looked grubby. I found the customer service disappointing.

lovely stay at the heart of everything
attentive staff easy access perfect cleanliness comfortable bed
the staff were attentive, a feature i valued. the location offered easy access to local attractions. i also found the cleanliness to be perfect. i slept soundly thanks to the comfortable bed.
my only very slight issue was that i found the choice of meals on the dinner menu to be somewhat limited.

My double room included a tv, a hairdryer, and tea and coffee making facilities. the room was clean. I found it well kept, and it provided good comfort after long walks.

faulty air conditioning thin walls
Our room felt more like a sauna than a place to sleep. The air conditioning was about as useful as a chocolate teapot. It blew hot air. This forced me to open the window which lead to the good aroma of breakfast frying and other peoples morning routines. The walls are made of paper, I think. Every cough, conversation, and even the TV shows from adjacent rooms was crystal clear.

tasty breakfast comfortable bed cold food slow service
the breakfast had plenty of options and tasted good. the hotel room was super clean. the beds were very comfortable..
my extras for lunch did not come with the main dish. i waited quite a while and then my food was already cold.
