I had a triple room balcony. the views from the room were amazing, i could see the mountains, the balcony had enough space. i found the staff very helpful. They gave me directions for hiking trails nearby, they were always smiling.

the breakfast area felt cramped, it was hard to find a free table during the peak hours. the coffee machine always had a long queue. more space would improve this

The triple room balcony included comfortable beds and provided great views. The balcony was furnished with chairs. the room had good soundproofing, i did not hear noise. bathroom amenities included shampoo and shower gel.

the breakfast buffet had a good selection of pastries, cereals, and cold cuts. the coffee was fresh. i also saw yogurts. the dining area offered comfortable seating, there were high chairs available.

the reception staff spoke english fluently and gave maps. the hotel offered a luggage storage service. i noticed that the staff helped guests to arrange taxis. the check-in process was efficient, it took only a few minutes.
