comfortable stay with good food

convenient location generous portion friendly staff
i found the location convenient, just outside the main town but within a short walk. the menu offered a good choice of dishes, and the portions were generous. parking was easy, and staff provided a warm welcome. i particularly appreciated the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff throughout my stay.

dated room uncomfortable bed
The breakfast was acceptable. It offered a reasonable selection of items.
the room was quite dated and felt rather small. the tv remote was noticeably dirty and did not function properly. i also found the bed to be uncomfortable, which impacted my sleep quality.

lovely staff great power shower thick curtains
The staff were indeed lovely and accommodating. the power shower worked amazingly well. The pressure was great! i especially liked the thick curtains in the room. They kept the sun out effectively.
i noticed a slight noise coming from the bar during the evening meal. it stopped after a short time, so it wasn't a major issue.

excellent breakfast perfect location super clean room
I found the breakfast each morning excellent. the location was perfect. it was pleasant to find no evidence of any previous doggie visitors. The room was spotlessly clean and fresh. the staff was very helpful and responsive to requests.
the room radiator was not very warm. it affected the overall comfort a bit, but it did not ruin the experience.

cooked breakfast ample parking clear tv thick curtains
the breakfast included options cooked to order, and the staff readily accommodated our request to skip room cleaning. ample parking space was available near our room. the tv reception was clear, a nice touch. we found metal spoons in the room, a welcome change from plastic.. this detail shows consideration . the kettle was generously sized, and multiple sockets allowed easy recharging of devices. the thick curtains effectively blocked sunlight.
i noticed that the room radiator did not get very warm, a minor inconvenience.
