the host offered such a warm welcome and gave helpful tips for visiting the city he also made tea and coffee available in my room breakfast in the morning included a tasty selection i found it lovely. the room included a tv and a wardrobe with hangers i appreciated this amenity. the location is great number 1 bus from the station stops about a ten minute walk away i loved that. i could walk to the main university buildings since the location is fine
my room was a bit small and i found the shower room similarly compact it was still functional i think

friendly owner personal touch warm welcome small room tiny shower disappointing breakfast
the owner was super friendly. he welcomed me so warmly. i felt more like i was in a guest house rather than a hotel. it added such a personal touch and it was awesome.
my room felt small. the toilet and shower were tiny too. the breakfast felt disappointing. it needs a serious update.

excellent breakfast good location
the breakfast was excellent. there was fruit, yogurt, and cheeses. the location was very good. the number 1 bus runs from the station and a bus stop is near.
i found the room was too small. the shower room was also very tiny. i think it needs a serious update.

the owner was friendly and cute. he created a personal touch that i really appreciated. the value for money was very nice, and the central location offered convenient parking.
