charming stay
fine decor great comfort fantastic water pressure
we stayed in the one-bedroom suite. the decor was quite fine and the comfort was certainly great. i liked the steel bathtub in the bedroom (it was a fun, quirky feature!). i found the shower to have fantastic water pressure and multiple functions. the rear courtyard offered a convenient space and the parking spaces located directly outside the hotel made access easy.
the website didn't mention anything about breakfast, and upon arrival, i learned it cost an extra £12.50 per person and required pre-ordering (a bit of a surprise!).

the staff were friendly and accommodating. they were very helpful with directions and provided useful information about local attractions. staff also facilitated an easy check-in, ensuring that the whole process was smooth and efficient.

pleasant stay overall.
clean room helpful staff good location limited menu overcooked scampi no breakfast
the room was clean and functional. the staff seemed very helpful and courteous. its location is good. i liked that.
The menu listed several unavailable items. Only fried options were left. the scampi and chips were overcooked. breakfast was unavailable too.

i was disappointed that my room was not cleaned on the second day. the website said daily housekeeping was included, but the manager said cleaning was only every two days, and i couldn't find that information on the website (maybe i missed it?). the full english breakfast wasn't great either, i didn't eat much of it.
