a nice stay
friendly host convenient location great coffee
the hosts were friendly and helpful. i found the location very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.. the breakfast was also good with great coffee. the fish tanks provided a relaxing atmosphere in the communal areas.
i found that the shower in my ensuite was rather small, a bit inconvenient.

the hotel is located conveniently close to the pier and seafront area. on-street parking was readily available, a big plus .

lovely breakfast good shower friendly staff dark decor worn carpets dusty room
the breakfast was lovely. the room included a good shower. the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
the decor was quite dark, it was purple and dark grey. the carpets looked worn. the room seemed dusty too.

dated room uncomfortable bed
the breakfast included fruit and cereal i found that acceptable.
The room seemed dated and quite small. My ensuite bathroom reminded me of a converted cupboard. there was no wardrobe just a clothes rail, and the bed was not very comfortable springs stuck in my back.

Limited parking is available at the rear of the property for motorcycles, and guests may also use gravel spots at the front. Additionally, Scarbrough Avenue has no parking restrictions. Is the guesthouse suitable for visitors who have mobility challenges? Are there nearby bars and pubs?
