the room was a good size. it had tea and coffee making facilities. i also found that the tv was in the room.

the shower didnt work properly in my room. there were no toiletries available and no mattress protectors were on the bed.

the room had a fridge. there was also a sitting area. it was very close to the pier and other attractions. the location was really convenient.

the outside of the building looked somewhat run down, though the room itself was excellent.

the hotel is only a five minute walk to the beach and about eight minutes to a supermarket. this made it really easy to get around. the staff were friendly, and very helpful

The room was quite large and had a separate seating area. The bathroom included both a bathtub and a large shower (very convenient). Coffee and tea were available, as was a fridge. I found the free parking and complimentary breakfast quite helpful. Toast, cereal, and yogurts were available.

The carpets on the stairs had a slight smell.

The staff member who greeted me was quite friendly and helpful. They were great. They even offered to carry luggage. This made my arrival very easy and was certainly appreciated.

warm welcome helpful lady

reception was very cute. a nice lady called chris assisted me and was very helpful. the shower was excellent and the room provided plenty of tea and coffee.

I found no plug in the bathroom sink. It proved slightly inconvenient. the staff presence was limited, particularly during breakfast service.
