a decent stay

friendly staff secure parking poor shower roof leakage
I found the staff friendly and helpful. secure garaged parking was available for motorcycles. This was a great benefit.
The shower wasn't great. also, at some point, there was to have been leakage from the roof in the room. That was a surprise!!!

Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Noted

low water pressure visible water damage
The shower was not particularly effective! The water pressure seemed low, and it took a while to get warm. The bed was firmer than I prefer. I found it slightly uncomfortable after a couple of hours. Some signs of past water damage were visible in the room, like stains on the ceiling. This detracted from the overall appearance of the premises.

The location is near the Great Orme and a short walk to the pier.
The shower took too long to get hot water through. I was not told this on arrival.
