A Ceiling Fan's Blessing

helpful manager ceiling fan
The manager greeted me with such warmth and helped me with my heavy bags on arrival and also when I was leaving. The lift was a really welcome addition. The big ceiling fan in my room impressed me. It was a really bonus for me as I always feel warm.
I wish the hotel would decorate the building because the carpet on the stairs looks threadbare. Also the wallpaper hung loose, and it all felt a little worn.
Rooms
9/10
My room featured helpful signs, these alerted guests to potential trip hazards like the step into the bathroom. The bathroom shone and the toilet self-cleaned after each use. Bed made me comfortable.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel has a lift and it was a great advantage to move the luggage. I noticed the manager helped me with my bags on arrival and departure. I waited in lounge for my taxi.
Location
10/10
This place is located on the promenade, so it is perfect. It is just a short distance to the pier and center of town. These make this location desirable.

reasonable stay, but some issues noted

inconvenient check-in clothing damage
my stay experienced a few notable setbacks. the lack of 24/7 reception made check-in somewhat inconvenient. i also discovered that food is not permitted in the rooms. a leak occurred in the storage area, it resulted in some of my clothes getting wet. this was certainly a problem.
