broken lift missing handrails
the complimentary breakfast lacked variety, but i suppose it sufficed.
the lift was out of service . my room happened to be on the highest floor. the lack of handrails on the stairs only amplified the fun.

spacious room comfortable bed convenient location good water pressure
the double room was spacious, providing ample space to relax. i found the bed comfortable and the amenities included tea, coffee, and biscuits, i think these were a nice touch. the bathroom was also spacious, with a shower with good water pressure. the location was convenient, with the town center a short walk away along the waterfront.
the lift was out of service , and my room was on a higher floor. i was not informed about this beforehand.

the location of the hotel was perfect, being at the quiet end of the promenade. it had lovely views from the breakfast room that overlooked the sea. the hotel was easily accessible by public transport.

ideal location helpful staff smooth check-in uncomfortable mattress single quilt basic hotel
The location was perfect. The staff helped us get a taxi to the ferry at 0615. Check-in and check-out were smooth (it was all very easy!).
The bed itself is rather uncomfortable if you don't like a firm mattress. I found two single quilts on the double bed instead of a double quilt. This woke me as I kept losing the cover.
