i found the breakfast to be really good. there was lots of choice and it was the best i've had in a hotel for a very long time. the windows opened, that was a bonus for fresh air. the bathroom was clean with daily room service.
they asked if we wanted to have our room cleaned and we said yes, this did not happen though. the receptionist was not helpful at all.

The breakfast selection amazed me. So many choices were available and everything tasted fresh. The hotel's location proved very convenient. It sat close to the vibrant Grunerlokka area and a scenic river path!
The ventilation seemed off. It shut down at night. I could not open the windows easily, made the room stuffy. I heard loud sounds of water traveling through pipes whenever someone flushed a toilet above me! This issue was quite disruptive.

breakfast included many options. i had very pleasant tummies because of the good food. the location is decent thanks to the public transport. it provides good access to the center.
the reception staff was not friendly. they gave me a room that was occupied by someone. the bed was small and it was hot and noisy.

the room cleaning was a bit less than perfect.
