excellent breakfastfast check
i appreciated the hotel's location near the royal palace. walking to nearby shops was convenient. The breakfast buffet offered MANY selections. The staff at check in was nice and fast.

unclean bathroomunhelpful staff
the bathroom was not cleaned well before i arrived. i noticed hair in the shower stall and the sink had grime. furthermore, the staff did not seem particularly attentive when i inquired about local attractions. they provided minimal information, and it was not helpful.

excellent qualityrude stafflack of apology
the breakfast was superb, it had lots of choice and everything was excellent quality.
the staff at check in, specifically per marins, were obnoxious. he tried to put me in a single room when i had paid for a double room, he accused me of canceling it, and was rude. he didn't apologize when he realized his mistake and sent a fruit plate with no apology, asking me to enjoy my stay.
