I enjoyed the hotel's location near the ski jump. the metro ride to the city center took about 25 minutes. breakfast offered a large selection. I found local cheeses and smoked salmon (a true treat!).

the lack of a phone in the room was inconvenient. i had to go to the reception for a minor issue. a phone for internal calls would improve communication.

the breakfast was amazing it had a great selection. i appreciated the location for skiing plus the olympic setup. the train station was a short walk down the hill at only 10 or 15 minutes.

the air conditioner could not be adjusted in the room. the staff did not offer solutions to correct this. the level of hospitality felt mediocre to me.

the room lacked basic amenities like a phone. also, dining options were quite limited, especially on sunday when i wanted to have dinner, and i had to go all the way into town. this made it difficult to relax at the hotel.
