excellent service great food selection really good facilities convenient location

the staff provided excellent service and was always helpful. i found the complimentary breakfast amazing, offering a great food selection. spa facilities were beyond really good , and were needed after exploring the city center. the hotel's location was also very convenient, as it was only a short walk from the station.

access to the pools required an extra charge and had limited availability for children, which i found slightly inconvenient.

basic amenities unfriendly attitude

I stayed in a smaller room. It lacked basic amenities like a decent desk. I tried to work from the library but the head of reception turned down the lights and abruptly told me to leave because a group was arriving. THAT'S not how you treat a guest.

friendly staff great location breakfast buffet pool fee uninspiring menu uncomfortable chairs

the staff were friendly. the location is great with bus and tram stops nearby. the breakfast buffet had a terrific assortment of food both norwegian and international.

i was shocked to find that the hotel charges its guests for using the pools. i have never had to pay for a hotel's own pool before. the restaurant menu was uninspiring and the chairs were not dining chairs so not comfortable.

the location was convenient. it was close to the train station, made getting to and from the airport easy. the hotel staff looked attentive. i would stay here again if i return.

i could see other guests receiving excellent service, but our experience differed.

the rooms were comfortable.

milk and teabags were never replenished in the room over three nights and the breakfast buffet lacked teaspoons each day. also, no assistance was given with how to operate the lifts.
