amazing experience. seriously!
perfect location friendly staff amazing breakfast
everything was just so cool. the location is perfect and the staff were friendly and professional! breakfast buffets were amazing. I loved the choices. the hotel was super quiet too.
the elevators were small, and there were only two of them. it was not ideal for such a big hotel. it caused some waiting. this should be improved.

a bit underwhelmed, i must say
useless hairdryer slow service
the hairdryer in the room? utterly useless. i suspect it runs on hamster power, did practically nothing to dry my hair. also, getting a simple bottle of water seemed like pulling teeth. i had to ask at the reception, seemed like i was begging for a basic amenity. not quite the fuss i expected.

The beds were comfortable. I could use firmer pillows. The staff was pleasant and helpful, especially the concierge. Breakfast featured open fires. The selection was international and included local options. I appreciated the teapots provided.
